Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation is a non-profit(501C-3) shelter for exotic and native wildlife. The organization was founded by Director, Vernon E. Yates in 1980. We are recognized by State and Federal Agencies for having the most outstanding animal care and transport facilities in the state of Florida. Our doors are open to the injured, orphaned, abused, abandoned, neglected, or confiscated wildlife in need of our attention. We give love and attention to help wildlife heal from physical and/or emotional wounds. We are a haven to endangered cats who have no where else to go: an escape from certain death. Our reputation for giving expert care has spread across the country and world. Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation has been nationally and internationally featured in numerous pubications. |
